With over 14 years of full-time real estate experience, I proudly serve buyers and sellers throughout Elkhart and St. Joseph counties. My career in real estate began in a very personal way—when my family needed to sell two homes and find one that could better support my mother’s needs. Going through that process firsthand inspired me to get licensed, and I quickly discovered how much I loved helping others navigate major life transitions with confidence.

I’m known for being honest, patient, and highly responsive. Clients appreciate that I tell them what they need to know, not just what they want to hear. I take the time to follow up, explain each step clearly, and negotiate strongly so my clients can feel secure knowing their best interests always come first.

I work with first-time buyers, downsizers, relocations, sellers, and investors, and I especially enjoy helping clients negotiate the best possible deal. One common concern I help clients work through is the inspection process. I focus on safety issues and major defects, while helping clients understand that many other items can be negotiated calmly and effectively.

Beyond real estate, I’m an Ambassador for the Elkhart Chamber of Commerce and the founder of a local referral group connected to the international BNI network. I believe strong relationships, clear communication, and genuine care are the foundation of great service—and that’s what I strive to deliver to every client, every time.
